1. Entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Promoter: The Promoter is GoMint Services Limited, 18 St. Mary’s Place, Chippenham, SN15 1EN, United Kingdom (CRN:13323424) (the “Promoter”).

3. How to enter:

1. In order to qualify, entrants must:

1. be aged 18 years or over;
2. register with www.gomint.co; and
3. purchase and receive any token via the GoMint marketplace,, or receive BASIL tokens directly from GoMint, during the relevant Promotion Period

1. Entry is free of charge.  Entry is possible by acquisition of a free BASIL token, or by purchase of one or more chargeable tokens.  No additional purchase is necessary and there are no additional costs payable by entrants.  The promotion is being operated under English Law, and if the laws of your country prohibit free prize-draws, you may not enter the promotion.
2. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or of Hedera Hashgraph L.L.C. or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.

4. Promotion Period: There will be 10 Promotion Periods of varying lengths defined by the Promoter.

5. Prizes:

1. The Promoter is offering entrants the chance to win one of ten tokens of iconic images from Hedera Hashgraph history (5 in colour and 5 in monochrome).  The prizes include a digital file of the relevant image.
2. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
3. Winners will be able to resell or transfer the token without restriction.

6. How are the winners selected and notified: 

1. There will be one winner during each Promotion Period; ten winners in total.
2. Each winner will be the qualified entrant who conducted a qualifying transaction during the relevant Promotion Period at or nearest to, but not later than, the relevant recorded ‘candle auction’ time by reference to the token transaction time.   If such transaction relates to a free BASIL token, this will only qualify if it was the user’s first or only free BASIL token acquired during the Promotion Period.
3. The Promoter will determine the ten ‘candle auction’ timestamps in advance at random times during the Promotion Period and post a hash proof of such timestamps to Hedera mainnet.
4. After the end of each ‘candle auction’ during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will determine which qualified entrant shall be the winner of each prize and such timestamps may then be validated on Hedera mainnet through a mirror node.

7. Each winner of a prize will be contacted within 72 hours after the relevant ‘candle auction’ by memo from Hedera account 0.0.26938.  If a winner declines a prize or no response is received within 7 days, they forfeit any right to the prize and the qualified entrant which is the next closest to the relevant ‘candle auction’ timestamp will be the new winner.

8. Winners will be required to provide sufficient copy proof of identification so as to pass limited ‘know your customer’ (KYC) checks before receiving their prize.   The prize will be issued to the relevant Hedera account designated by the winner.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion.

8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

9. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.

10. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures.  The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this promotion.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Twitter, Facebook or any other social media channel.  Entrants acknowledge that Twitter and Facebook do not bear any responsibility for this promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Twitter and Facebook from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and to Hedera Hashgraph L.L.C. and not to Twitter, Facebook or any other social media channel.

14. The Promoter may use entrants’ personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion.

15. Subject to the winner’s rights under applicable data protection legislation, the Promoter and Hedera Hashgraph L.L.C. shall be entitled to use and feature the name and country of residence of each winner for publicity purposes and winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter and Hedera Hashgraph LLC.

17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
